Hey everyone! I'd like to know which medicine you prefer to lower a fever.

So many medicines out there, like ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, and others, so I want to know which one you personally find effective.
Do you usually go for store-bought medicine or do you rely on natural treatments instead?
How long does it take for them to reduce the fever? Looking forward to your replies!
